Products & Commodities

We export a comprehensive portfolio of over 29 agricultural commodities sourced from Tanzania. Our product range includes grains and cereals (white corn, yellow corn), pulses and legumes (chickpeas, lentils, kidney beans, green mung beans, soybeans, black-eyed peas, pinto beans), oilseeds and nuts (groundnuts, raw cashew nuts, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds), spices (black pepper, cloves), plant oils and value-added products (refined groundnut oil, refined soybean oil, refined sunflower oil, W180/W210/W240/W320 cashew kernels, natural brown sugar), and natural fibers (sisal fiber in multiple grades including Grade 3 Short, Grade 3L, Short Fiber Tow 1 & 2, SSUG Grade, and UG Grade).
Yes, many of our products are specifically sourced and graded for food processing and manufacturing applications. Our grains, pulses, oilseeds, spices, refined oils, and cashew kernels are handled with food-grade standards and can be supplied with appropriate quality certifications for industrial food use. We recommend specifying your intended application when making an inquiry so we can ensure the product grade and documentation match your requirements.
Yes, we can arrange product samples for qualified buyers. Sample availability may vary by product and season. Please contact our team with your specific sample requirements, and we will advise on availability, quantities, and any associated costs. Samples are typically dispatched via international courier services.
Organic certification availability depends on sourcing regions and seasonal supply. Our brown sugar is marketed as natural brown sugar (minimally refined) rather than certified organic. If you require specific organic certifications for any product, please let us know in your inquiry and we will advise on current availability and options.
We supply processed cashew kernels in four internationally recognized whole-white grades: W180 (premium large kernels, 170-180 kernels per pound), W210 (large kernels, 200-210 per pound), W240 (medium kernels, 220-240 per pound), and W320 (standard grade, 300-320 per pound). All grades are white whole kernels suitable for snacking, confectionery, culinary, and retail applications. We also supply raw cashew nuts (RCN) for processing facilities.

Packaging

We offer a range of export-standard packaging options to suit different products and buyer preferences. Standard options include 25 kg and 50 kg polypropylene (PP) bags, 50 kg jute bags, food-grade inner lined bags, and palletized loads. For oils, we provide drums, flexitanks, and IBC containers. For sisal fiber, we use hydraulic pressed bales. Custom packaging and buyer-branded options are also available upon request.
Yes, we can accommodate private labeling and buyer-branded packaging for applicable products, subject to minimum order quantities and lead time requirements. Please share your branding specifications, artwork, and packaging requirements with our team for a detailed quotation and timeline estimate.
Yes, palletization is available and can be arranged for most products. Palletized loads are recommended for easier handling at destination and are commonly requested for European and North American markets. The use of pallets may slightly affect container loading capacity, and we will advise on adjusted loading estimates when quoting palletized orders.

Minimum Order Quantity

Our standard minimum order quantity begins at one full 20-foot container load (FCL). The exact tonnage per container varies by product due to differences in density and packaging format. For example, a 20ft container may hold approximately 20-25 metric tons of grains, while the same container may hold around 18-20 metric tons of lighter products. We recommend contacting our team with your specific product and volume needs for precise loading estimates.
Our standard export operations are structured around full container loads for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. However, for initial orders or trial shipments, we may be able to accommodate smaller volumes depending on the product and logistics feasibility. Please discuss your requirements with our team and we will do our best to find a suitable arrangement.

Shipping & Logistics

Our primary export port is the Port of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, which is one of East Africa's largest and most well-connected commercial ports. The port offers regular shipping services to major global destinations across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, the Americas, and other African countries.
We commonly trade on FOB (Free on Board) Dar es Salaam terms, which is the most standard arrangement for our export operations. We can also accommodate CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) and CFR (Cost and Freight) terms for buyers who prefer delivered pricing to their destination port. Other Incoterms arrangements can be discussed based on specific buyer needs.
Transit times from Dar es Salaam vary by destination. Typical estimates include: India (10-15 days), Middle East/UAE (12-18 days), Southeast Asia (18-25 days), Europe (22-30 days), North America (30-40 days), and East Asia (20-28 days). These are approximate transit times and may vary depending on shipping line, routing, and port conditions. We provide specific transit estimates with each quotation.
Yes, we manage the complete inland logistics chain within Tanzania, including collection from sourcing regions, transportation to our warehousing facilities, quality inspection and packaging, and delivery to the port for loading. Our logistics coordination ensures that products are handled professionally from source to vessel.

Documentation & Compliance

We provide a full set of export documentation with every shipment, including: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Fumigation Certificate (where required), Quality/Analysis Certificate, Weight Certificate, and any additional documentation required by the buyer or destination country regulations.
Yes, we can arrange third-party inspection and testing through internationally recognized agencies upon buyer request. The cost of third-party inspection is typically borne by the requesting party. We are fully transparent in our operations and welcome independent verification as part of building buyer confidence.

Quality Assurance

Quality assurance is integral to our operations at every stage. We implement multi-level inspection starting from procurement at source, through warehousing, grading, cleaning, and packaging. Our quality team conducts moisture testing, purity assessment, foreign matter screening, and grade verification. Products are stored in appropriate conditions to maintain integrity until loading. We provide detailed quality reports with every shipment and can accommodate buyer-specific testing requirements.
Absolutely. We understand that different markets have different quality requirements. If you have specific parameters for moisture content, purity levels, foreign matter limits, grain size, color, or any other specification, please include these in your inquiry. We will confirm whether we can meet your exact specifications and advise on any adjustments that may be needed.

Payments

We accept several internationally recognized payment methods including Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), and other arrangements that may be agreed upon with established buyers. Payment terms are discussed and confirmed during the quotation and order confirmation stage, and may vary based on the nature of the transaction, order size, and buyer relationship.
Payment terms for repeat and established buyers can be discussed on a case-by-case basis as the trade relationship develops. Our priority is to build long-term partnerships, and we work with our regular buyers to find mutually beneficial arrangements over time.
